Frequently asked questions
Do attendees need to install an app?
No. Attendees just show the QR code they received by text or email. Issuing is handled by on-site staff with dedicated readers, so it works regardless of the attendee's phone or NFC support.
Won't the badge battery die during the event?
There is no battery. The screen changes using only the energy of the NFC tap, and e-paper keeps its display with zero power. Running out of battery simply isn't a thing.
How is pricing structured?
Per-event service quotes, not device sales — based on headcount, duration, badge mix (B&W/color ratio), and the scope of on-site operation. Leave an inquiry and we'll send a tailored quote within one business day.
What if attendees take badges home or lose them?
We design the exit flow with you to maximize returns, and loss or damage is settled under terms agreed in advance. We also provide signage that frames returning the badge as part of the event's sustainability practice.
How do you handle walk-ins and name typos?
Type it into the issuing system and issue on the spot. Typo fixes are a 3-second re-issue — no handwritten badges, no waiting for reprints.
Is attendee personal data safe?
A badge stores only what is shown on its screen and has no network connection. Attendee lists in the issuing system are destroyed after the event within an agreed period.
